Rocking MB Ranch would like to introduce your instructors for the upcoming roping clinic. These two gentlemen are return instructors and our last clinic was such a success that we asked them to join us again this year. People who never thought they could rope finished the weekend with a new sense of pride because they were actually roping.

Todd Goodwin has been training Champion Roping Horses, Yearlings, All Around Horses, Novice and Youths since 2000 when he hit the APHA Show Circuit with Sarahs Super Sunny. This horse went on to be listed as an APHA Lifetime Point Earning Champion (1964 -2003). He has also trained such APHA Honor Roll Award Winners as Docs Peppy Jo, Skip N Ill Do, FR Gentleman Jethro, Sarahs Super Sunny, Sailors Best in Black, MKS Dyna Bo and Miss Superbowl. Horses and riders Todd has trained have been named Champions in the states of California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada as well as Zone and individual champion award winners. Todd trained Docs Peppy Jo who is a PtHA World and Reserve World Champion and APHA World Show Top Three and Top Five winner for two consecutive years. He also has other World Champion and Reserve World Champions to credit his award winning program. He has placed in the Top Ten in Team Penning at the APHA World Show with three of the horses he trained. Todd has also received AQHA Awards with Silver Master Tai and qualified for AQHA World in both halter and roping events on this aged gelding a few years back. Todd is currently acting president for APHA Zone II. Todd is also an apprentice judge for APHA. To see more of the fine horses and Todd's training program success please visit www.ropeNshow.com.

Joining Todd is former HS and College rodeo champion, Mitch Lowery. Mitch joins Todd in the show ring and is as much a fundamental part of Todd's team as anyone. Mitch is a successful USTRC roper and can teach you how to rope a calf as well. Mitch and Todd have been friends and roping partners for the past 12 years and their roping styles and teaching methods compliment each other to assist even the most beginner roper.

Both gentlemen were raised on working cattle ranches and understand the fundamentals necessary to help you become a better roper and horseman or horsewoman.
